A consistent routine — study time, meals, curfew, and rest — helps students develop discipline and good habits.
Scripture reading, discussion, and spiritual growth are built into the weekly hostel programme.
Rules & Guidelines
These rules ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment for all residents. Every student and parent is expected to read and agree to them before admission.
All students must be inside the hostel by 18:00. Primary students (Grades 4–7) lights out at 22:00. Secondary students (Grades 8–12) must be in bed by 00:00. No exceptions.
Three meals are served daily at fixed times. Students must be present for all meals. No food is allowed in bedrooms. Special dietary needs must be reported in advance during registration.
Phones are collected during study hours (20:00–22:00 and 22:30–00:00). Students may use phones during free time only. Laptops and tablets must be used under supervision.
No visitors are allowed inside the hostel without prior approval. Weekend leave requires written parent consent submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Students must sign in and out.
All medications must be handed to the hostel supervisor. Students may not self-medicate. In case of illness, parents are contacted immediately. Medical emergencies are handled at the nearest clinic.
Respect for staff and fellow students is mandatory. Bullying, fighting, and disrespect are not tolerated and may result in suspension. Good manners and cooperation are expected at all times.
Students are responsible for their own belongings. Label all clothing. Laundry is collected twice a week. Valuable items should be kept with the supervisor for safekeeping.
Hostel fees are N$1,950 per month, paid via bank transfer only. Fees are due on or before the 1st of each month from January to November. No cash or wallet payments accepted.
By applying for hostel accommodation, both the student and parent/guardian agree to abide by all hostel policies. Violations may result in warnings, disciplinary action, or dismissal from the hostel. For questions about any policy, please contact us before registering.
Every student residing in the hostel is expected to uphold these standards of behavior. This code of conduct is non-negotiable and applies to all residents at all times.
Students must treat all staff, fellow residents, and visitors with respect, courtesy, and kindness at all times. Rudeness, insults, and disrespectful language are strictly prohibited.
Bullying, teasing, intimidation, or harassment of any kind — physical, verbal, or emotional — is not tolerated. Any student found bullying another will face immediate disciplinary action, including possible dismissal.
Students must follow instructions given by hostel supervisors, matrons, and teachers without argument or delay. Refusal to comply is considered a serious violation of the code of conduct.
Students are responsible for keeping their own beds, rooms, and shared spaces clean and tidy. Daily room inspections are conducted. Littering, damaging property, or vandalism will result in fines or penalties.
Physical fights, aggression, or threats of violence are absolutely forbidden. Any altercation must be reported to a supervisor immediately. Students involved in fights may be suspended or expelled.
Stealing, lying, cheating, or dishonesty of any kind is a serious offense. Students found stealing from others or the hostel will face disciplinary action and may be required to compensate for losses.
The possession, use, or distribution of alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any student found with these substances will be dismissed immediately and parents will be notified.
Students must be on time for meals, study sessions, bedtime, and all hostel activities. Repeated lateness is a breach of discipline and may lead to restrictions on privileges.
Students must be decently dressed at all times. School uniforms are worn during school hours. After school, modest and neat clothing is required. No revealing or inappropriate attire is allowed in the hostel.
Dangerous items, weapons, firecrackers, or any objects that could harm others are banned. The hostel reserves the right to inspect bags and confiscate prohibited items without warning.
Quiet hours begin at 20:00. During study time, no talking, music, or noise is permitted. Students must remain seated and focused. Disrupting study sessions is a serious offense.
Any problems, conflicts, or concerns must be reported to the hostel supervisor immediately. Students are encouraged to speak up rather than handle issues on their own.

This timetable is in effect during examination periods only, starting 07 April 2026. It applies from Monday to Thursday.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: The normal hostel study timetable applies on these days.
Grades 4 – 7
All students (Grades 4–12) settle in for the first study session.
All students (Grades 4–12) take a tea break. After the break, primary students' study session ends for the night.
After tea break, primary students prepare for bed and lights out.
Grades 8 – 12
Secondary students (Grades 8–12) continue with a focused second study session.
All study sessions conclude. Students begin preparing for bed.
Lights out. All secondary students retire for the night.
