We seek passionate, professional educators and specialized tutors to join our founding team for our new Cambridge International School

Primary Class Teachers

Grades 1, 2, & 3 Positions - 3 Positions Available

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Developing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons across the curriculum
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to students and parents

Minimum Requirements

  • A recognized teaching qualification (Diploma or Degree in Education)
  • Proven teaching experience in the foundation phase (Grade 1-3)
  • A profound love for working with young children and guiding their formative years
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and classroom management skills

Secondary Extra Classes Tutors

2 Positions Available

We require two motivated tutors to run focused, small-group extra classes, providing targeted support to secondary students in core academic subjects outside of regular school hours.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 11 Certificate (Tertiary qualifications preferred)
  • Ability to competently tutor at least two different subjects within the secondary phase
  • Prior experience in tutoring, coaching, or leading academic support groups
  • Patience, strong communication skills, and a genuine ability to inspire young adults

Primary Private Tutors

8 Positions Available - Grades 1-7

We require eight dedicated tutors for one-on-one, in-home instruction across all core subjects for the primary phase (Grades 1-7).

Minimum Requirements

  • Tertiary Qualification (Degree or Diploma) in Education or a related academic field
  • Demonstrable knowledge and ability to teach the Cambridge Primary Curriculum
  • Expertise and ability to teach at least two core primary subjects
  • Strong diagnostic skills to quickly identify learning gaps
  • Exceptional track record of reliability and professionalism

Secondary Private Tutors

8 Positions Available - Grades 8-12

We require eight expert tutors specializing in secondary subjects to provide focused, in-home academic support (Grades 8-12).

Minimum Requirements

  • Tertiary Qualification (Degree or Diploma) directly related to the preferred tutoring subject(s) (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Accounting, Languages)
  • Demonstrable knowledge and ability to teach the relevant Cambridge Secondary Curriculum (IGCSE/AS/A Level)
  • Ability to teach at least two different subjects within the secondary phase
  • Experience in tutoring senior high school students

General Construction Instructor

1 Position Available - Vocational Training

We require an experienced construction professional to teach practical building skills to vocational students. This instructor will deliver hands-on training in general construction techniques, preparing students for careers in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching practical construction skills including brick laying, plastering, and tiling
  • Demonstrating proper use of construction tools and equipment
  • Supervising practical workshops and ensuring safety standards
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback

Minimum Requirements

  • Certificate from a Vocational Training Centre (VTC) in General Construction or related field
  • OR More than 5 years of proven experience in General Construction
  • Strong practical skills in multiple construction disciplines
  • Ability to communicate effectively and teach practical skills
  • Commitment to safety standards and best practices

Motor Mechanic & Autotronic Instructor

1 Position Available - Vocational Training

We require an experienced automotive professional to teach motor mechanic and autotronic skills to vocational students. This instructor will provide comprehensive training in vehicle repair, maintenance, and modern automotive electronics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching automotive repair and maintenance techniques
  • Instructing students in autotronic systems and diagnostics
  • Demonstrating proper use of automotive tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Supervising practical workshops and ensuring safety protocols

Minimum Requirements

  • Certificate from a Vocational Training Centre (VTC) in Motor Mechanic & Autotronic or related field
  • OR More than 5 years of proven experience in Motor Mechanic & Autotronic
  • Expertise in both mechanical and electronic automotive systems
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and teaching abilities

Important Note on Remuneration (Applies to all Positions)

We are a newly established educational institution dedicated to maintaining accessible tuition fees and reinvesting heavily in our initial infrastructure and resources.

Due to this startup phase, we are currently unable to offer salaries strictly aligned with the full Government Education Scale.
